From U.S. 74 By-Pass West:
Turn right on DeKalb Street. At the second stop light, turn left onto Graham Street. At second stop light, turn right onto Lafayette Street. Go through 3 stoplights. Ascension is located on the right side of the street at the corner of Lafayette Street and Marietta Street.

From U.S. 74 By-Pass East:
