About Our Interim Pastor

Deacon Rachel Bailey is serving as our part-time interim SAM (Synodically Authorized Minister) at Ascension Lutheran Church in Shelby, NC. Deacon Rachel lives in Dallas, NC with her husband and daughter. She works full-time as a Hospice Chaplain in Gaston and Cleveland Counties.
