Lasting Gifts

Wednesdays, November 4, 11 and 18, 2015
6:15 – 8 p.m.

Bring a salad or dessert to share and join us for dinner and conversation for three Wednesday evenings in November to learn more about how you can provide your loved ones with “lasting gifts” by planning well for your end of life care.

Len Byers, Chaplain from Carolinas HealthCare, Mike Williams, Thrivent Financial and Patti McMurry, Vice President, Hospice Cleveland County will address different aspects of end-of-life care and planning, including spiritual questions, financial planning for long-term care and estate purposes and aging with dignity.

Participants will have an opportunity to complete “Five Wishes” which lets your family and doctors know important information about your end-of-life health care decisions.

Sunday, November 22, 2015
Gather for a fellowship covered dish (pot luck) lunch after worship and have your planning documents notarized.
